Refund policy
We would rather you tried Salem Moves before paying, which is what the free trial is for. This page explains where we stand on refunds, how cancelling works, and what to do if something isn’t right.
The free trial
Most new subscriptions start with a free trial: you see the trial length on the plans page before you subscribe, and nothing is charged while it runs. The trial is offered once per account, so if you have subscribed before, your new subscription is charged from the start.
You can cancel at any time during a trial from your dashboard, and if you cancel before it ends you pay nothing at all. The price of every plan is shown on the plans page before you subscribe.
Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you. Because the free trial lets you try the service before any money is taken, we do not offer a general money-back window.
We may still issue a refund at our discretion — for a billing error, a fault on our side, or any situation where a refund is simply the right outcome. Those decisions are made case by case: a refund in one case is not a promise of one in another, and nothing here creates a right to a refund beyond the statutory rights described in the next section.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, in under a minute — no call, no email, no reason needed. Cancelling stops the next automatic renewal, and there is no cancellation fee.
You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again after that. Cancelling on its own does not refund the period you are currently in.
Your rights under consumer law
Nothing on this page limits the rights you have under the consumer law where you live — for example the statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers in the EU and the UK. Where such a right applies to your purchase, we honour it, and this policy does not override it.
If something isn’t right
A charge you don’t recognise, a problem with your account, a class that won’t play — tell us and we’ll make it right. Please open a support request from our contact page before disputing the charge with your bank: we read every message, and we would much rather sort it out with you directly.
We typically respond within a few hours to one business day.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always appears on this page with the update date shown above.
