Terms of Service

By registering or using our services you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use Salem Moves. If you disagree with any portion, please do not use the platform.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by the app store or payment provider you subscribed through; we never store your card details. Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.

Where a subscription starts with a free trial, nothing is charged while the trial runs, and if you cancel before it ends you pay nothing; the free trial is offered once per account, so a returning subscriber is charged from the start. Subscription payments are otherwise non-refundable except where a refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you. We may still issue a refund at our discretion — for example for a billing error or a fault on our side — but a refund in one case is not a promise of one in another. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your dashboard, with no cancellation fee; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing in this section limits any statutory withdrawal or cancellation right you have where you live. Full detail is in our Refund policy.

Video content, articles and other resources are licensed for your personal use only. Account sharing, downloading through any means other than the download feature built into our apps, and re-selling are strictly prohibited.

Where one of our apps offers a download feature, downloading a class to watch offline through that feature is licensed use under this section, on these conditions: downloads are for your own personal playback inside the app, for as long as the subscription that gives you access to that content stays active; downloaded files are encrypted to your device and are not transferable to another device, account or person; we may limit how many classes you can hold downloaded at once and how often you can start a new one; and we remove your downloads from a device when you sign out of it there, and remove any download no longer covered by your plan once we next check. Extracting, decrypting, redistributing or otherwise using a downloaded file outside the app is unauthorised downloading under the paragraph above.

All content on the platform — videos, nutrition plans, copy and design — is owned by Salem Moves and protected by copyright law.

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Our content is educational and does not substitute medical advice. Consult your physician before starting any program. Salem Moves is not liable for physical injury arising from improper exercise execution.

This platform operates under the laws of the jurisdiction where the business is registered.
