One subscription, train with Farsi-speaking trainers

Yes — and it needs no card at all. Create an account and verify your email — or sign up with Google or Apple, which counts as verified — and you get 7 days of All-Access. The free week is offered once per account, so if you have subscribed before you will not get another one. If you subscribe with a card instead, your first payment is taken straight away — there is no card trial. The one exception is friends who join through a member invite: they get 30 days before their first payment.

Before a yearly renewal, yes — we email you about a week ahead. If you are on a free trial, we email you 2 days before the first charge. Monthly renewals are not emailed in advance; your next renewal date is always shown on your dashboard, and you can cancel there at any time.

From your dashboard, open Subscription and click Cancel subscription. It takes under a minute — no call or email needed. Your access stays active until the end of the current paid period.

Any device with a web browser: phone (iOS & Android), tablet, laptop, or smart TV. You can install Salem Moves to your home screen from the Get the App page (/en/get-app), and watch on your TV at tv.salemmoves.app.

Our trainers are Farsi speakers and all classes are delivered in Farsi. Every video includes Farsi and English captions, so Farsi learners or non-Farsi family members can follow along too.

Single Trainer unlocks one trainer's full library — ideal if you've found a trainer you love. All-Access covers every trainer and every category for maximum variety. You can switch tiers at any time; the price difference is prorated.

International cards (Visa or Mastercard) from any country go through Stripe. Iranian bank cards do not work with Stripe. If you pay with an Iranian bank card, use the rial-payment option on the plans page; if you do not see it, ask support.

Most new subscriptions include a free trial so you can try Salem Moves before you pay — cancel before it ends and you are never charged. The trial is offered once per account. Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You can cancel future renewals any time from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
