Is the 7-day trial truly free?
Yes. When you sign up, we verify your card to confirm it's valid — but nothing is charged. If you cancel before the end of day 7, it's completely free.
Will I be reminded before I'm charged?
Yes — we will email you 2 days before your first charge, so you have time to cancel if you wish. You can also cancel anytime from your dashboard.
How do I cancel, and how long does it take?
From your dashboard, go to Subscription & Billing and click Cancel. It takes under a minute — no call or email needed. Your access stays active until the end of the current paid period.
What devices can I use?
Any device with a web browser: phone (iOS & Android), tablet, laptop, or smart TV. You can install Salem Moves to your home screen from the Get the App page (/en/get-app), and watch on your TV at tv.salemmoves.app.
What language do trainers teach in?
Our trainers are Farsi speakers and all classes are delivered in Farsi. Every video includes Farsi and English captions, so Farsi learners or non-Farsi family members can follow along too.
What's the difference between Single Trainer and All-Access?
Single Trainer unlocks one trainer's full library — ideal if you've found a trainer you love. All-Access covers every trainer and every category for maximum variety. You can switch tiers at any time; the price difference is prorated.
What currency am I charged in?

Can I pay with a non-Iranian card?
Yes — pay securely with Stripe from any country, with any major card.
Can I get a refund?
Most new subscriptions include a free trial so you can try Salem Moves before you pay — cancel before it ends and you are never charged. The trial is offered once per account. Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You can cancel future renewals any time from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If something isn't right, open a support request from our contact page and we'll make it right — full details on the Refunds page.
